I went for a nice jog twice in three days this week and it feels great. I needed it so much as it relaxes me and relieves all the accumulated stress. I would love to continue running every other day and I will very much try to do so.

In the morning I also watched “Concussion” (2015), which is a great movie by the way, and it left me thinking all day about how dangerous some sports are and how important protecting our health is. I recommend this movie to anyone who hasn’t seen it yet. (All the movies that I have watched and liked can be found here: Pinterest)
